Why We Started Chivo Builders
We started Chivo Builders because we kept seeing the same story play out: homeowners getting burned by contractors who overpromised, underdelivered, and disappeared when things got hard. That's not how we operate.
Our team has been building and remodeling homes across Central Texas for over 21 years. We've worked on everything from small bathroom refreshes to full gut renovations and ground-up ADU builds. Every project — no matter the size — gets the same level of attention and care.
The name Chivo is a nod to our roots and our attitude. Goats are tough, sure-footed, and get to places others can't. That's how we approach every job — with grit, precision, and a commitment to finishing what we start.
